Aaron Pollard

Aaron Pollard is a third generation barbershopper who graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Music Education. Aaron has experience performing barbershop, contemporary a cappella, choral, vocal jazz and other styles of music around the world in several award-winning ensembles.

As a barbershop performer, Aaron holds three bronze medals and one gold medal in the international collegiate quartet contest as well as a gold medal in the international chorus contest. He is also a 3-time district quartet champion.

In his professional life, Aaron is a sales rep for an industrial supply company.


Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is a practice management coach at Key Management Group and holds an undergraduate degree in music from Michigan State University.

As a barbershop performer, Brandon holds one bronze medal and one gold medal in the youth quartet division contest (singers under age 25) and formerly sang baritone in the 2018 International Youth Champion Quartet, Frontier. Brandon is the current baritone of company, a quartet based out of the Pioneer District. Through his time in Frontier, he was able to perform across the state of Michigan and beyond for chapter shows, youth outreach programs and other music-related events. Brandon also co-directed the Pioneer district youth chorus “The Voice,” a three-time Barbershop Harmony Society youth chorus festival participant that earned three “Excellent” ratings.

Brandon is often considered to be a premiere coach in the Pioneer district for all styles of singing and ensembles, with experience performing barbershop, choral music, vocal jazz and musical theater around the world in several award-winning ensembles.
